  1. You search for truth, you humbly try ways to prove your theories wrong.
  2. You work in flow. It is not hard, it is easy. Effort is not needed. Like holding a cup, you grip it just enough to get it done. Business is not hard.
  3. You iterate and ask non-biased questions to get to the truth. You are honest.
  4. You talk to yourself calmly and encouragingly. You can do it, you're not that tired.
  5. You read and talk to authors as if they are your friends.
  6. You focus on your Dharma. You listen to Karma.
  7. You exercise and meditate religiously.
  8. You will want to work. Because business is about finding something you dedicate yourself to.
  9. You will view the world as a slosh of money flowing around and captures and stick to some areas more than others. The stickiness is partly opinions, and partly truths.
  10. You will understand that economy is not money. It is creation of goods and services. Money is just a database used for resource allocation. Be good at creation and resource allocating.
  11. You will read the source instead instead of browsing second-order opinions.
  12. You will create instead of consume.
  13. You will use List Rank Iterate strategy to plan for next moves.
  14. You will optimise for energy, instead of optimise for money or making logical sense
  15. You will optimise and choose to build confidence and independence instead of relying on short term prestige and stability.
  16. You will imagine the world, far into the future and far backwards into the past, and see that the whole universe goes on with and without you. You will arrive at the same future Virgil reached in his Fourth Eclogue, where the ingenuity of change has been exhausted, the whole universe will fall into a repeated forgotten antiquity. As you do so, you relieve yourself of all of the anxious thoughts that there is somewhere to go.
  17. You will not take it so seriously. It’s a game!
  18. You can only pick one thing to be good at. You can only do a little bit each day. That's how you build a habit
  19. Regularly ask yourself: "What if we are already in a economic crash, world war; or singularity?" Usually big events are hard to see from close up.
  20. You will let go and stop trying to improve yourself because you realise that it is futile. You can't. And then you use that energy instead to do and be.
  21. You will remember that the art of meditation is essentially relaxing the verbal commentary on the world and coming to center, the present.
  22. You will learn that Zen is taking the line of least resistance. Like water flowing. Like falling. Even if you're walking up stairs, fall. It is harnessing the energy of the cosmos by going with the flow.
